About JRA Services

The company was originally formed in 1996 by Jim Butler as JRA Computer Systems Ltd, providing IT consultancy to local businesses. Following several successful years, the company has latterly become much more of a ‘services’ business - now also catering for the needs of domestic customers - so in early 2003 became JRA Services Ltd.

Founder, Jim Butler, has over 20 years background in Computer and IT Systems and has vast experience in helping small and medium sized businesses achieve their needs with respect to IT Systems.

We believe our reputation has spread rapidly because not only do we listen carefully to our customers, but we also talk to them in jargon-free English!

We are most definitely a no frills, WYSIWYG (“what you see is what you get”) business, where our word is our bond.

Developing good working relationships with customers is based on building trust, being up-front and honest in all that we do, and you can count on us to do just that.
