Remote Support

Our remote IT support services enable us to provide fast and convenient IT support to business and home users. It's a great service - not least because of the uncertain times we live in - but because it allows us to get you up and running again very quickly.

The service is simple and affordable and our IT technician will guide you through the setup process. We can't promise to solve all issues but it is a great tool to use for us to quickly diagnose IT issues and either fix them immediately or provide next-step advice and guidance.

How it works

• Call us and we'll give you a unique session code. This will allow us - and only us - to temporarily connect to your machine
• Navigate to jraconnect.me and enter the code. Then click Connect
• The remote support software will download to your machine. (It's very small and takes only seconds).
• Install the software and relay the necessary information to your IT technician
